Basa Fish Fillets and Cubes

How to cook it

Pat dry, season, and pan-fry in a hot pan for three to four minutes a side until golden. The cubes need only a brief simmer — drop them into a curry or soup for the last five minutes so they stay intact. Also excellent battered, or steamed with black bean and ginger.

Storage

Supplied as a 2 kg pack. Refrigerate at 0–4°C for up to two days, or freeze on arrival and thaw overnight in the fridge.
